Our Return and Exchange policy is attuned to the requirements and 100% satisfaction of our customers. Our products go through a strict audit before they are dispatched to our customers. We offer only size exchanges and no returns, however in case of special situations, we can always discuss and move forward.
Our Policy is laid out as below-
Size Exchanges
We provide FREE size exchanges. If you need a size exchange, you can simply WhatsApp us at 8263084894 or write to us at sales@moybyabeni.com, mentioning the order ID, within 2 days of receipt of the product.
In case the size required is not available, you can pick up any other design of same value or of higher value. In case of higher value, you will have to pay the difference.
And if you do not want to select any other design, we will offer a refund in the form of a credit note valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Exchange is possible only once. If you opt to exchange the product the 2nd time, you would have to bear the reverse shipping charges and forward shipping charges , which would cost you Rs 200.
Please ensure the product is returned in it's original condition, any damage due to mis-handling of the product or signs of wear and tear, will have to be borne by the customer.
Exchange Process
Once you request for a size exchange and the alternate size/pair has been chosen, we will arrange for the reverse pick up at the same location where the order was delivered.
The exchange pair will be sent once the returned pair has been received by us and has passed the quality check, the whole process could take upto 7-10 days.
Same process as above will be followed in case of issuance of a credit note.

Clearance Sales, Buy 1 Get 1 Free & Other Sales
Pairs purchased during clearance, end of season, buy 1 Get 1 Free and other sale events are sold at discounted rates, hence such pairs are not eligible for returns and size exchanges.
If at all size exchanges are required on such pairs, subject to availability, the same can be considered at at a pre-paid charge of Rs 200 per pair.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are only accepted if the request is made within 2 hours of placing the order, refund will be in the form of a credit note valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
In case of an order cancellation after dispatch, we will deduct Rs.200 as shipping charge, from the refund value given in the form of a credit note valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Change of address requests
Address change requests are only accepted if the request is made within 2 hours of placing the order. In-case of address change requests made after dispatch, the customer will have to bear a shipping charge of Rs 200. A size exchange will be treated as a new order and hence the same policy is applicable for size exchanges.
Any purchases made from other online portals will be governed by the refund and return policies of those portals and will need to be escalated to the concerned portals only.
